Terms & Conditions - Apparel Age Clothing
Welcome to Apparel Age Clothing. These Terms and Conditions explain the general commercial terms that apply when you request samples, place a custom apparel order, approve production, or purchase manufacturing and customization services from us.
Apparel Age Clothing is a custom apparel manufacturer based at Christian Town Road, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan, serving clothing brands, startups, wholesalers, private label buyers, teams, organizations, ecommerce businesses, and international B2B customers.
Because most of our products are manufactured according to buyer specifications, every project may involve different fabrics, colors, sizes, patterns, artwork, trims, labels, decoration methods, packaging requirements, quantities, and production instructions. Buyers are therefore encouraged to review all quotations, samples, invoices, specifications, and approval documents carefully before confirming an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By placing an order, making an advance payment, approving a sample, approving artwork, or authorizing bulk production, the buyer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Any order-specific quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, approved specification, or written agreement may contain additional terms that apply specifically to that project.
- If an order-specific written agreement contains terms that differ from these general Terms and Conditions, the agreed order-specific terms will apply to that order.
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing all order information before approval, including product type, quantity, sizes, colors, materials, customization, branding, packaging, and delivery requirements.
2. Quotations & Order Confirmation
- All quotations are prepared according to the information available at the time of the request, including product specifications, quantity, fabric, customization, trims, branding, packaging, and shipping requirements.
- A quotation may need to be revised if the buyer changes the design, quantity, fabric, construction, decoration, packaging, size range, or other specifications.
- An order is considered confirmed after the required payment has been received and the relevant production specifications have been approved.
- Verbal discussions or informal estimates should not be treated as final order confirmation unless the commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
- Any requested changes after order confirmation may affect price, production planning, material availability, and lead time.
3. Payment Terms
- For samples and small orders, full payment in advance is required before production begins.
- For bulk orders, the standard payment structure is 50% advance payment with the remaining 50% payable before shipment once the goods are ready.
- Payments may be accepted through an official bank transfer, with banking details provided through authorized company communication.
- Where commercially agreed, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight may also be considered for qualifying transactions.
- Production may not begin until the required advance payment and necessary order approvals have been received.
- Shipment may be held until the outstanding balance and any agreed order-related charges have been cleared.
- Any bank, transfer, intermediary, or transaction fees charged to the buyer should be considered separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Pricing & Commercial Terms
- Pricing is based on the approved product specifications and order conditions provided at the time of quotation.
- Factors that may affect price include fabric composition, GSM, garment construction, size range, quantity, customization method, artwork complexity, trims, labels, packaging, and finishing requirements.
- Where an order is quoted on an FOB (Free on Board) basis, the applicable FOB responsibilities will be reflected in the agreed quotation or commercial documentation.
- Where an order is quoted on a CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) basis, the relevant destination and shipping conditions will be confirmed in the order-specific quotation.
- Freight, duties, import taxes, customs charges, destination handling fees, and other local charges are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation or invoice.
- Prices may be reviewed before order confirmation if there are significant changes in raw material costs, exchange rates, specifications, or other commercial conditions.
- Once an order is confirmed and payment has been accepted under the agreed specifications, the confirmed order price will remain fixed unless the buyer requests changes to the approved order.
5. Minimum Order Quantity
- Apparel Age Clothing's confirmed MOQ for custom apparel projects is generally 10-50 Pcs.
- The exact MOQ within this range can depend on the garment type, fabric, construction, customization method, colorways, trims, labels, packaging, and other production requirements.
- Different designs, colors, fabrics, or product categories within the same order may require separate production planning.
- MOQ requirements will be clarified during quotation and order confirmation.
6. Samples & Product Development
- Samples may be developed to review garment fit, measurements, fabric, construction, stitching, colors, decoration placement, trims, labels, packaging, and overall appearance before bulk production.
- According to company policy, samples are not supplied or shipped free of cost unless otherwise confirmed in writing for a specific project.
- Sample charges may vary depending on product complexity, materials, customization, artwork, trims, and development requirements.
- Sample approval is intended to establish the agreed direction for bulk production.
- If the buyer requests changes after sample approval, additional sampling, development costs, or production adjustments may apply.
- Where a physical sample is not required or is specifically waived by the buyer, production may proceed based on approved specifications, artwork, measurements, and written instructions.
7. Artwork, Tech Packs & Production Specifications
- Buyers should provide clear and accurate product information wherever available, including tech packs, measurement charts, artwork, reference images, color references, print dimensions, placement instructions, labels, trims, and packaging requirements.
- Production-ready artwork is preferred for printing, embroidery, patches, labels, and other branding applications.
- Low-resolution, incomplete, unclear, or incorrect files can affect production accuracy and may require revision before manufacturing.
- Apparel Age Clothing may request clarification where specifications are incomplete or contradictory.
- The buyer is responsible for reviewing artwork, spelling, numbers, names, logos, placements, and other personalized information before approval.
- Changes made after artwork or production approval may result in additional cost or lead-time adjustments.
8. Fabric, Color & Material Considerations
- Fabric appearance, texture, weight, stretch, shrinkage, hand feel, and performance can vary depending on fiber composition, construction, dyeing, washing, finishing, and production conditions.
- Colors displayed on digital screens may differ from physical fabric, thread, ink, trim, or printed colors.
- For color-sensitive projects, buyers should provide suitable color references and review physical samples where appropriate.
- Minor variation between production batches may occur in fabric shade, garment wash, printing, embroidery, trims, or other customized elements.
- Natural variation may be more noticeable with garment dye, acid wash, vintage wash, stone wash, distressed effects, and other finishing processes designed to create an individual or washed appearance.
9. Measurements & Size Tolerances
- Custom garments are manufactured according to approved size specifications, patterns, samples, or measurement charts.
- Textile manufacturing involves cutting, sewing, washing, pressing, finishing, and handling processes that can create minor measurement variation.
- Buyers should carefully review measurement charts and sample fit before approving bulk production.
- Changes to measurements, grading, fit, or size ratios after approval may affect production cost and delivery planning.
10. Production Lead Time
- The confirmed Production Lead Time is 7-10 Days for applicable confirmed orders.
- Production scheduling generally begins after required payment, specifications, artwork, material decisions, and approvals have been completed.
- Complex products, extensive revisions, special materials, multiple customization methods, or buyer-requested changes may affect production planning.
- If any project-specific condition requires a different timeline, it should be confirmed in the quotation, invoice, or written order communication.
11. Shipping & Delivery
- The confirmed Shipping Time is 4-12 Days.
- Actual transit requirements can depend on destination, shipment size, shipping method, customs processing, and other logistics conditions outside the manufacturing process.
- All finished shipments are prepared and packed according to the approved order requirements before dispatch.
- Tracking or shipment information will be provided when available after dispatch.
- Production Lead Time and Shipping Time are separate stages and should both be considered when planning product launches, events, wholesale deliveries, or other deadlines.
- Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact information, and any destination-specific information required for the shipment.
- Apparel Age Clothing is not responsible for delays caused solely by customs inspections, import procedures, incorrect buyer-provided delivery information, destination restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable manufacturing control.
12. Customs, Duties & Import Responsibilities
- International buyers are responsible for understanding the import rules and commercial requirements applicable in their destination country.
- Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, destination charges, or similar costs are the buyer's responsibility unless specifically included in the agreed commercial terms.
- Buyers should provide any destination-specific documentation or information required from their side before shipment.
- Apparel Age Clothing cannot guarantee customs clearance times because customs processing is controlled by the relevant authorities and logistics procedures.
13. Packaging & Retail Finishing
- Where requested, apparel orders may include labels, hang tags, folding, garment bags, size identification, barcode stickers, SKU organization, and other approved packaging requirements.
- Buyers must provide accurate barcode, SKU, label, size, style, or other identification data where those details are required.
- Apparel Age Clothing is not responsible for errors contained in buyer-supplied barcode files, SKU data, wording, product codes, or other identification information that was approved for production.
- Special packaging requirements should be discussed before bulk production to avoid delays or additional costs.
14. Quality Control
- Finished orders are reviewed against the approved order specifications during applicable stages of production and finishing.
- Quality checks may include garment construction, stitching, measurements, decoration placement, printing, embroidery, trims, labels, packaging, size assortment, and order quantity where relevant.
- Quality evaluation is based on the approved sample, specifications, artwork, and written production requirements applicable to the order.
- Minor variations that are normal within textile and custom manufacturing should not automatically be considered defects.
15. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
- If a buyer believes that products contain a genuine manufacturing defect, incorrect customization, or shipment-related damage, the issue should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
- Claims should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment together with clear photos, videos, quantities affected, carton information, and other evidence reasonably required to review the issue.
- Products should not be altered, resold, washed, decorated by another supplier, or otherwise modified before a reported quality issue has been reviewed where such action would prevent proper assessment.
- Where a genuine production issue is confirmed, the appropriate solution will depend on the nature and quantity of the affected goods.
- Where agreed, defective items may be replaced or adjusted through an appropriate commercial resolution, including replacement with a subsequent order.
- Shipping costs associated with replacement arrangements are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Returns & Refunds
- Most products supplied by Apparel Age Clothing are made-to-order, customized, branded, or manufactured according to buyer specifications.
- Because customized goods cannot normally be resold as standard inventory, returns based on change of mind, incorrect buyer specifications, or buyer preference after approval are not accepted.
- Refunds are not automatically applicable to made-to-order products unless a genuine production or quality issue is confirmed and a refund is specifically agreed as the appropriate resolution.
- Issues involving approved specifications, expected textile tolerances, buyer-supplied artwork errors, incorrect buyer-provided data, or changes requested after production are not treated in the same way as manufacturing defects.
17. Order Changes
- Any requested change to an approved order should be submitted in writing.
- Changes to fabric, color, quantity, sizes, measurements, artwork, placement, labels, trims, packaging, or construction may affect the price and production schedule.
- If materials have already been purchased or production has started, some changes may no longer be possible.
- Additional costs resulting from buyer-requested changes may be added to the order after confirmation.
18. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing as early as possible.
- Once fabrics, trims, labels, packaging, artwork preparation, sampling, cutting, decoration, or other production stages have started, all advance payments may not be refundable.
- Any cancellation settlement will depend on the actual work completed, materials purchased, services performed, and costs already incurred for that order.
- Apparel Age Clothing reserves the right to decline or cancel an order before production where the project cannot reasonably be manufactured according to the requested specifications, legal requirements, or agreed commercial conditions.
19. Market Price Adjustments
- Before order confirmation, Apparel Age Clothing may revise quotations if there are significant changes in fabric prices, raw materials, trims, exchange rates, shipping conditions, or other major commercial factors.
- Any revised price will be communicated before the buyer confirms the affected order.
- After an order has been confirmed and payment received against agreed specifications, the agreed price will remain fixed unless the buyer changes the order or both parties agree otherwise in writing.
20. Intellectual Property
- Designs, logos, trademarks, artwork, labels, graphics, and other intellectual property supplied by the buyer remain the property of their respective owner.
- Buyer-provided intellectual property will be used for the purpose of developing, sampling, manufacturing, branding, and fulfilling the relevant order.
- Apparel Age Clothing does not claim ownership of client logos or original artwork merely because they are used during production.
- Buyer designs will not be intentionally sold or reproduced for unrelated third parties without authorization.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logo, trademark, character, design, or other protected material supplied for production can legally be used for the requested purpose.
- Apparel Age Clothing may refuse projects that appear to involve unauthorized copying, counterfeit branding, or infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
21. Confidentiality of Buyer Information
- Order information, specifications, artwork, tech packs, and brand-related materials supplied for manufacturing are handled for legitimate production and business communication purposes.
- Sensitive product information should be shared only through authorized company communication channels.
- Where a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement is required, it should be discussed and agreed in writing before confidential materials are exchanged.
22. Buyer Responsibilities
- The buyer is responsible for supplying accurate order specifications, quantities, size breakdowns, artwork, delivery information, and other required production details.
- The buyer should review samples, mockups, artwork, measurements, labels, packaging data, and other approval materials carefully before authorizing production.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that requested products, labels, claims, logos, and branding comply with the laws and regulations applicable to their intended market.
- Delays caused by incomplete approvals, late artwork, missing specifications, incorrect data, or buyer-requested revisions may affect the planned production schedule.
23. Communication & Written Approvals
- Important order approvals should be provided through clear written communication.
- Production decisions may rely on written confirmations relating to quantity, artwork, colors, sizes, fabric, labels, trims, packaging, and other order details.
- Buyers should immediately notify Apparel Age Clothing if they notice an error in any quotation, invoice, artwork proof, size chart, or order confirmation.
- Once production begins based on approved information, changes may be limited or subject to additional charges.
24. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
- Production or delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including transportation disruption, customs delays, material shortages, government restrictions, natural events, utility interruptions, or other exceptional conditions.
- Where such circumstances materially affect an order, Apparel Age Clothing will communicate relevant information when reasonably available.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to continue or resume the affected order when circumstances permit.
25. Limitation of Commercial Responsibility
- Apparel Age Clothing is responsible for manufacturing according to the mutually approved order specifications and applicable commercial agreement.
- We are not responsible for indirect business losses resulting from resale pricing, missed marketing opportunities, third-party marketplace decisions, customer preferences, or other commercial circumstances outside the manufacturing order itself.
- Any claim should relate directly to the affected order and should be supported by appropriate evidence so the matter can be reviewed fairly.
26. Website Images & Media Usage
Images and visual content created specifically for Apparel Age Clothing, including AI-generated visuals, are used as part of the website's branded marketing content. Such visuals may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission from Apparel Age Clothing. 27. Updates to These Terms
- Apparel Age Clothing may update these Terms and Conditions when business processes, commercial requirements, or company policies change.
- The version applicable to an order will normally be the version in effect when that order is confirmed, unless different terms are agreed in writing.
- Buyers are encouraged to review the latest Terms and Conditions before placing a new order.
